I am new to affiliate marketing (2 days in lol) and have very little money to my name ($20). Where should I begin to promote Clickbank products ? I'm looking for the fastest and least complicated way to promote products and get conversions in doing so. I'm aware of ppc advertising, but it seems that Google over the last year or so complicated the process in finding exact keywords that people are searching for. Their old keyword planner seems to have been more accurate in keyword statistics. I'm confused as to how the bidding process works, and how I can get the lowest bid possible. Im just trying to make enough money (maybe $100) to be able to reinvest that money, to make a profit. Then I can just repeat process. I've also heard it's great to capture emails and create a list, but what if I wanted to promote multiple products in different niches ? Is it a good idea to collect separate emails for different niches I am trying to get involved with promoting ? I just don't know where to begin, as there are loads of programs, and scammers out their whose only motive is to extort money out of their victims. I would greatly appreciate it if you could steer me in the right direction.

    We've all been there.

Ok, I exaggerate: but many of us have been there.

Right here, with the basic essentials: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

Weren't we all? But unfortunately, realistically, "fastest and least complicated" and "get conversions in doing so" are more or less mutually exclusive parameters. The fast and easy ways tend to be the ways that don't get conversions, and (unsurprisingly) there are reasons for that.

Yes indeed ... but with $20 to your name, this is unsuitable for you. It's a huge learning-curve, and your first $200/$300 with it may well be "learning-curve" rather than "profit". And it involves other costs, too, as it would be (to put it very mildly) "unwise" to pay for traffic and not try to retain any of it by list-building and email marketing. Direct-linking from PPC and "being a ClickBank affiliate" isn't a good mixture. (If it were, all those vendors would just do it themselves or employ someone to do it, rather than paying us affiliates 75% of the money for sending the traffic, wouldn't they? ).

"Great" is putting it a little mildly, too: you'll do well to make any sales without that.

One can ... but "one niche at a time", when you start, perhaps?

    It's essential.

You need a paid autoresponder service for this. They're not at all expensive (GetResponse is $15 per month), but your $20 still won't quite be enough for a realistic start. I set up my entire ClickBank affiliate business for about $60. That's more realistic, I think.

Don't try to "take action" until you really understand what you're doing, how it works, how to select products to promote, and have a domain-name and some sort of hosting (even if you have to use free hosting such as at freehostia.com, temporarily, just to get started), and you understand the basics of list-building and email marketing. Without that, you'd really be stacking the deck against yourself. Understand clearly that there's a learning-curve involved, and that your income is going to depend on your acquiring some skills, knowledge and experience. And yes, maybe on a little bit of "pure luck" as well.

    Good luck!

I know many new marketers call themselves "affiliate marketers" because that's exactly what they are.. because they don't have a product to promote. and that's okay everyone starts there.

there are some really awesome posts in the War Room that teach quick affiliate marketing methods, but I would probably start on youtube, creating AWESOME CONTENT videos, not salesy cheesy pitches.. actually give your viewers content that can start getting them real results with whatever you're teaching in your niche.

whatever you decide, the most important thing to remember is to stick with one method of traffic until you master it before moving to another! do not keep jumping ship or you'll never gain traction and start making any sales!

    be patient and persistent.

Alexa has pretty much covered it all. Would like to add that don't suffer from "I want that shiny object syndrome". It won't take much time to lose your 20 bucks and then some more out of your pocket.

If you have no experience of ClickBank or internet marketing, I would suggest you invest in a course to learn the basics. Knowing the fundamentals will serve you well as you progress in your internet marketing career. At the start of the year I was also in your position. I knew nothing, wanted to learn, and earn money. I was overwhelmed with all the free information out there until I found chrisfarrell.com and another company (I can send you the name if you email me). Both are inexpensive and you need only sign up with one, but without this solid foundation, you'll waste time trying to figure it all out by yourself. I also came on to Warrior Forum, asking for a mentor to show me the ropes etc. but what I discovered was all I really needed initially was a foundation course, like either of the two I've just mentioned. Now, I have my first website selling a clickbank product, have already made sales and am building my business. Hope this helps. Jackie
