Seeking opinions / input on a promising new project.

Your opinions are needed.
During my pre-medical days at college I stumbled across something that changed everything for me; it even changed my major.
The short version is this:
*Tested numerous times, it has a damned near 99% success rate.
**It works where most self-help "stuff" fails.
***It persists. The darned stuff changes you and the change sticks.
****The reason WHY it works is backed by peer-reviewed science (Brown University, others)
There's a lot more to it, but that is the gist.
My question is this:
How shall I monetize this breakthrough?
I've branded it since 2005, and the concept is securely mine.
I had that much forethought.
I'm not a digital marketing guru, but I do have something very promising.
Self-help is a multi-billion dollar industry.
These simple mind hacks make almost all other self-help systems work better.
Plus, the results are immediate. You see and feel them instantly.
Surely there is money to be made here?

(From curing a raging frog phobia -- yes, she was terrified of frogs -- to boosting golf scores, this stuff of mine is really getting some traction).
