It looks like a good plan, but I won't bother with deleting SPAM... I send it directly to the trash without wanting to see it... and concerning reviewing and approving comments, I would do this last each day. Writing the post is the most important when your mind is still fresh.

Agreed, i usually do all this before i start writing. I only spent about 5mins to go thru and press the delete button.

I agree with what gmichel said about doing the comment reviews for as your last point of action.

I´ll also add a tip that will ensure better content, long-term. Write your articles, then sleep on them. Often people write content just to write content, and slowly but surely they´re becoming blind as our inner critics voice fades the more tired you get.

By sleeping on it, you´ll have a fresh mindset when looking over things. I always end up doing revisions, finding small sentences to tweak here and there before I am content with the results.

I dont think you can truly set a side a specific amount of time for an action plan if i am honest.

Dont get me wrong, some prioritisation is needed but you should go with the flow spending AS MUCH TIME that is necessary to acieve what you desire in regards to workload, quality of content and just the general blogging basics

In general though its a solid plan and if its working for you already why not scale it up to 2 hours per day, with the rest of the time creating more or better content, or doing more socially..

    Thanks for sharing Joeho

Great plan, but really, you write a blog post in 20 mins?

Heck, it takes me longer than that to decide on the best headline.

That's a very nice and workable plan. I've used different plans at various times, and depending upon the project. By and large, they looked similar to yours, with some tweaks that mirrored the trends of the period.

It looks like a good plan, mine was similar, without the eye on the times, my posts were faster, and less on spam and comments, which were disabled on some blogs.

But, overall, Thanks for sharing, I believe in planning.

Good plan indeed. Although I am with Kerry, don't think I could write a post in 20 minutes. But you also outline it the day before, correct? That is a good idea and one I need to take on board. Sure it speeds up the process.

Also like KDL's tip about sleeping before you hit publish. I know when I go back and re-read I always find something. Plus, often later on, or the next day I think, "Why didn't I add....... in my post"?

      Hi Ron,

At first is hard, but i always outline the content first before i start writing . Once you get used to it, you will start writing faster.

Just an update on my blogging action plan.

After one month (here is the details Monthly Income, Growth & Traffic Report) of following it, my blog is finally getting almost 1k visitors per month. It started to earn money (not much) too! A good motivation for me.
