Hi Warriors!

I want to list my eCommerce website on flippa but don't know should I set a reserve or go with No reserve list?

Selling my website for $5k is Ideal. What about to use BIN?
What your experience say?

Thanks Warriors!

Iv sold a few sites in the past. It depends, it's a risk to go with no reserve but it will interest more people, you would end up getting more views, watchers and bidders but if it sells for less than what you want it may not be worth it.

It could go the other way and start a huge bidding war. Take a bit of time to think about it.

It's a difficult one but I know that when I was bidding on a website, the BIN price put me off. I would have carried on bidding if I didn't see the BIN price

I've experimented with this on eBay in the past.....since the reserve price is hidden, it seemed to make a difference mainly on lower value items. With items priced upwards of $500 it didn't seem to make any difference either way.....

I've sold few domains on Flippa lately and all of them had a reserve. I would go with a reserve price without any second thought.

Some good suggestions, with any auction it all depends on the demand for what you're selling, if there is less demand the final price will logically be less.

If there is more demand and perhaps even more perceived demand, you can naturally get a better price.

The main problem is traffic and interest, I know a popular marketer does this on a regular basis they do have a marketing list, however they too often re-brand the product instead of focusing on value.

IF you have a unique and valuable product plus traffic and interest you will find it much easier to succeed and command the price you really want.
