    I don't know of anybody but I am sure that if you go to Elance.com, you will be able to see reviews for each writer.

    Even the number of articles/content from each member will tell you whether they are worth it or not.

    Fiverr is a great place, some writers will write more than one article for $5

    Have a look at iWriter I havent used the website yet but have heard some good things about it.

    It is not important which freelancing market place you are using, but it is very very important which freelancer you are going to use. There are many expert writer available in both Odek & Elance. In this case you need to find out the expert one. To know how expert the freelancer is? you can see their previous work feedback.
