Offline PR powerhouse BUT Online Newbie Looking for some Help :)

Hey Everyone! This is my very first post.. I'm really hopeful for some help.

Quick story- I'm a Canadian Fitness Expert with over 200 media appearances. I help peronal brands establish expert status and free media exposure.

I create a course on how to do it..

Problem is.. I never collected emails and I don't know how...

I've done some reading... should I..
- Offer 100% to affiliates..I'm down! How do I find them?
- Provide Offline PR value to someone with a list?
-Buy Solo Ads?

OR....Keep pulling my hair out? haha

this is confusing to me why would a fitness expert be offering branding? Your website is very professional looking but are you also an expert in branding? If you don't know how to get the message out there how can you teach others to get it out there? Seems to me you have to walk the talk before you can talk the talk.

Why not offer a course in fitness? While you learn email marketing? Then go on and do this? Something doesn't sit right with me somehow. If people sense that they won't take action.

Forgive me if I'm wrong I just don't get how you can tell folks they'll learn to get themselves "OUT THERE" when you are also still learning to get your website "OUT THERE" if you know what I mean.

    However....

There are plenty of WSO's on email marketing to learn the ropes go to the WSO section look around unless you want a service done for you then I suggest the for hire section put up a job listing for someone to set up your autoresponder and messages for a price, or you can go to.

I think that 75% for affiliates is more than enough...

Well you could focus on building an authority site, and that means to work on multiple aspects at the same time: SEO, blogging and guest posting, building Social Media accounts, buying targeted traffic from Facebook, Google or Solo Ads.

At the same time you will have opt-in forms on your website and slowly build a list over time. You can also offer some free-gifts to your readers in exchange of their e-mail address (use a pop-up or a landing page).
