50k US monthly organic visitors: need help

Hello there,
I built a website less than a month ago, primary Adsense focused, and I see that this website is gaining organic traffic like hell.

Traffic is from US, organic (95% Google) and growing.
Niche: Generic, mainly town/city searches.

I need some guidance on what to promote.
I'm willing to offer 20% of my proffit (we can using hellosign or whatever) for life for what you can recommend that works.

It must be Adsense compatible as I don't want to remove that.

    You're asking the wrong people man.

    Here's what to do...

    Join a high quality CPA company, and then ask your CPA manager.

    Any CPA manager worth their salt will know how to monetize that much traffic.

    You can do a few things such as sell banner space, promote cpa offers, or would I suggest if your not already doing is start building a email list from those subscribers. That way if the site begins to lose its traffic you can still market to your list of visitors through email.

      If you have that much traffic, you should be able to get a decent general market CPM deal.

    You should probably go with cpa and learn what you can on what goes with adsense let google guide you on what you can and can not do. You could also look at similar sites in same niche and see what ads they are showing and if they also use adsense and then you can follow that ads and see who is serving them. You might want to use programs like whatrunswhere or adbeat to see what the competition is doing. Just be careful and do your research properly before you start trowing something up.
