How are you trying to monetize the site? Have you tried to build a list with your traffic? That can be a great way to monetize. If you can convert just 10% of that traffic into subscribers, you can build a list quickly. Then monetize your list.

put up ads on your site using Google AdSense, if anyone with real interest clicks on them you will get paid a small amount per click. Use amazon or ebay displays to sell products that you think would interest the group that's coming to your site.

I would say that you need a lot more traffic to start earning a good amount of money from the revenue to your site.

300 Visitors a day might just not cut it on your Niche. You could monetize your site with Advertising like Google Adsense for an instance. But that will also depend on the quality of your traffic.

Where are you checking the Stats of the traffic your site is getting?

I highly recommend you to use Google Analytics to track the traffic to your site. If you are checking the traffic stats through your Hosting - through your cPanel for example - then those stats are not accurate.

The stats you read through a cPanel from your Hosting Service are also reading the bots that come to your site. So, it might tell you 300 visitors a day but in reality might be half of that the real number of real visitors coming in, and the rest would be Spam Bots.

Just work on increasing the traffic flow to your site and THEN worry more about monetizing the site the best way possible. As for now, I would not really worry about it. I would concentrate a lot more on increasing the traffic.

Hopefully you are leveraging your marketing and am building yourself a list.

After you understand what your reader base really needs you can place banners on your site as well for instant sales. You could even sign up with somebody like buysellads and you can sell advertising space. Ever think about having a membership with it?

Main thing is to test your monitization with different ads and such to find your highest click through rate.

Why don't you create a list? Building a list of job seekers who don't have a job and job seekers who want some change (career change) is good for you.

Try to go to clickbank and find a good product to promote for these type of jobseekers.

How about sending or convert them to MMO niche since what they want is to earn money that's why they want job?
