100 Web Design /SEO Leads

Hi

I can generate around 100 leads daily for web design/ SEO via email marketing. And i want to sell those leads to web design companies.

Any advice how can i get started real soon? What should be ideal price for a lead so my customers keep buying. With How many people it should be shared.

Any help is highly appreciated.

    Its hard to know what price to set until you can tell how serious these leads are in terms of following through. I suspect the only way to know that is to contact some of your leads to see how serious they are.

    Usually, unknown lead suppliers have to give some leads first that actually result in sales conversions for the design firm, then you can get an order for paid leads. But unknown leads from an unknown source from an unknown supplier are hard to sell.

    But reliable leads from a reliable source from a reliable supplier, you cna command top dollar for those. And if that is what you have , you are going to be able to make a good living selling these.

    I am not looking for one time money. I want to ensure that my clients make money. I have actually sold $200k worth of services and now lack of sales guys and procedures available to deliver. Selling leads seem to be easy money with no tension of delivery.

    Considering these are HOT prospects and you can generate 10-20% conversion ( if not shared with anyone). What should be right price. Most people are willing to invest $700-1500. Few can actually pay $10k.

      That's 3,000 leads per month, and let's say you get a 5% conversion for your leads = 150 paying customers for your client Web design /SEO companies per month...

      Let's say average per order value is $500 (small 1-week Web design project or small 1-week SEO project) x 4 weeks per month = Potentially $2,000 per month of one-time sales for each of your client Web design / SEO companies, as well as potentially recurring income for them from repeat customers; and

      Let's say a client would only be inclined to risk (invest) 10% for the $2,000 potential monthly sales. With this:

      From your potential of 150 paying customers per month, let's say you want to give at least 5 of these sales per month to each of your client Web design / SEO companies. This means you'd share these 3,000 leads per month to 30 client Web design / SEO companies; and

      You can offer a $50 trial subscription for the first month per client Web design / SEO company x 30 clients (each client will get 100 leads per month or 25 leads per week) = $1,500 for you for the 1-month trial subscription. Then:

      Unless they cancel before the end of the first week (and get a full refund), this will renew to a standard monthly subscription at say $200 per month for each client x 30 clients = $6,000 per month for you; and

      Tell them slots are limited to 30 clients until the time comes that you can double (or triple or quadruple) your daily leads, in which you'll be adding 30 clients (each time you double or triple or quadruple your daily leads). Also:

      Tell them each of them'd get 100 leads per month -- 25 leads per week, never shared to anyone else, and they can cancel their subscription before the end of the first week so as to get a full refund; and

      What you can do is set up an online payment system for your trial subscription, and a Web user panel for each of your clients where they can receive and organize and track the leads that you'd be sending to them...

      Now -- Play with the numbers above, based on what your two current clients are presently getting from your leads; and

      Regarding where you can get client Web design / SEO companies -- Post a WSO here, advertise in other heavily trafficked Web design / SEO forums, advertise in LinkedIn, advertise in heavily trafficked niche websites / blogs / Facebook Fan pages / Facebook groups where people in these Web design / SEO companies (or individual Web designers / developers and SEOers) frequently go so as to get customers...

    Marx.. your idea is brilliant. I was thinking about setting up a subscription.. like below

    $250 per week... you get 4 leads a day in CRM. Lead will be shared with 3-4 clients max.

    So for $1k per month.. you get around 100 leads for $1000.. and generally you will have sales worth $4-10k depending upon your sales skills.

      All really depends on the source of your leads. I would be kinda interested (I'm in the web design and SEO niche) if they were qualified in some way. If they are just being lifted from new domain registrations - not worth it (to me at least).

    Rev share is ok.. but we want to concentrate on keep generating leads and supplying leads. We are looking for mid size companies who can make actual use of our leads. Probably atleast having 2-10 sale guys.

    You should partner up with the web design company that wants you and your leads and is willing to split the profit with you.
    They can use some kind of tracking software so they know if the leads are coming from you or not and whenever they make money you make money.
    And in that way you can start to make a nice income by partnering up with this web design company.

    You're able to generate 3,000 hot, pre-qualified leads for web design and SEO? Each month?

    I would call BS on that one... it costs a lot of money to be able to do that. How are you generating these leads?

    If you're serious... we will need to have an in depth conversation but I would buy all of them, every single day every single month for $20/each, but I expect some sort of trial run to truly determine the quality of the leads. I will also record the conversations so you know I'm not trying to screw you. 2-3 day trial, and if they're as good as you say you just found a way to make $2,000 a day off one person.

    Hundred per day? Damn!

    From the perspective of a hardcore sales/marketing manager, the price per lead will depend entirely on how well these leads convert and how many people you're giving access to these leads.

    What conversions can you guarantee on your leads?

    For IMers, you can think of it in terms of PPC.

    So long as the CPL is significantly lower that your EPL, you're making a profit right? However, between CPL and EPL we need to figure how your traffic (the leads in this case) converts.

    Once I have that, I'll gladly pay $25 - $50 per lead if I know that my conversions will enable me to be much more profitable. It's all simple math really.

    It will help a bunch, if you have a proven sales script that consistently generates a verifiable conversion. That way we have the conversion guarantee we need and even noobs on our sales team can work these leads profitably.

    Seems your leads are hot - just add a proven sales process and sales scripts (which you could even upsell later on or lease to other web design companies for passive cash), and anyone should be able to make money off this.

    Just my two cents - coming from the viewpoint of what the sales manager of a web design firm may be looking for. But then if they are that big, they may also even have their own processes & sales scripts. So your leads will sell regardless I guess - just prove to us somehow that they convert man.

    I think you may be sitting on a gold mine. PM when you can give a conversion guarantee
