How to stop my Mac going crazy
There are popups and banner ads all over the place in my browser. Whatever browser I use. On sites that usually don't have any ads. This is just in the last few hours.
Some words are hyperlinked too - things that are not links usually. For example, in WarriorForum, the term 'web design' is a link, leading to this:

...basically there's a load of spam all over my screen.
I went to a torrent site this morning, and downloaded something there. I think that might be the problem.
There was something in my applications that I uninstalled. I don't remember the name of it now. And I deleted a thing called 'InstallMac'. Those were the only two things marked 'Today'. I restarted after getting rid of those.
But there's still rubbish all over the place.
...so how to figure out where the problem is...?
