Otherwise, you're just chasing money that everyone and her brother is chasing -- that's not "hot", that's just blindly chasing the next big thing. So figure out where you can make an impact -- then you'll know what's "hot" for you.

The niches that are most popular are the weight loss niche, dating niche, and make money online niche.

Those are also some of the most competitive.

The niches still remain the same. There are some twists of course. It tend that many people loves videos now instead of just plain ebook or online tutorial.

So, you want to pick any type of popular niches that have video sales letter instead of just texts. In my case, it work better than just ordinary sales page.

The health supplement niche is still strong, CPA of course.

People are always looking to make money by working from home. Look into internet business opportunities that bring in some dough..! blogging, advertising, private search engine.. they are a lot of them..!

Also Attract business that provide opportunities for them to setup.. like provide them the software to do it.. like software scripts companies.. Inout Scripts is an example..

According to me the "make money online" is a hot niche. Do you have any idea about it? If yes, you can use the site. Cosmetic for women & weight loss is also hot. Because all of the women are really anxious about their COSMETIC & WEIGHT. You also see these niche. Thanks a lot.

You can't miss with evergreen weight loss niche, health topics, healthy foods, healthy diets, personal growth/self help. Try to find the one that is close to you, something what you like and have interest in - it will be much easier for you.

I think currently Health, Relationship and Wealth are top 3 hot niches in the internet. But of course competition is also very high.
My choice is Health.

From my personal experience as a user I think there are 5 topic which I see every time while visiting any site or blogs or forum.They are:
* Make money online
* Android app development
* Personal development
* Technology Forum
* Entertainment (celebrity)

Selecting the any topic depends on three pillars:
* Interest
*your knowledge
*Marketing

Like make money niches is very popular in the online and offline both the world. It is so highly competitive niche . So if you are quite experienced in this catogary you can go for this topic otherwise its going to be tough time for you.

The personal development and health niches are the good enough to start bit it depends on the personal interest. It requires some knowledge on the respective area.

tech forum can be of different verities might be for products like mobile and computers or applications and software and tech news and discussions on what kind of tech is better and so on.

The entertainment forum would be easier to form than the other forums . you just requires interest in it and you can get viral traffic with social media with some meme or wallpapers or news .

Essentially, a "Hot or evergreen" niche is any subject that usually causes people the most anxiety or unhappiness in their lives.

That's why you will usually see things like weight loss, make money, physical performance (athletic or otherwise), dating, etc. Having too little ( or in the case of weight loss too much) of these things make people unhappy on a fundamental level.

So until everyone around the planet is totally content with their lives, these niches will be popular for marketers.

Video Games and Technology - these are, in my opinion, hot niches that will only continue to grow.

Marketing makes them Hot. So just choose the niche you want to dominate and use your Marketing skills to make it "Hot"

I would chose a sub topic in each niche though for less

You would probably do better with a unique niche such as a hobby or recreational sport as you won't have to work as much against people that already have established sites that will make it harder to build ranks for.

I know of one lady that does five-figure per month with a stamping site. And many gooroos tell you that hobby niches are not profitable.

I say nonsense.

It is the value that you provide and the energy you put in there. So you need to find a niche that you are interested in and that is reachable.

Stamping girls are hanging out at Pinterest all the time. Great traffic source if you are in that niche.

But the MMA crowd does not hang out there.

Put in some effort researching different niches that you are interested in and that you can provide value to.

Ask your friends what you are good at and in which situations they ask for your help. There you have one starting point.
