TL;DR
I started a site 3 years ago, never set up adsense or any other links. It Gets shit tons of traffic and I make no money

The Long Story
I set up a site regarding my life and times. I soon got bored with posting every day and installed some type of RSS feed. The thing auto ran up until about March 2013 when I got tired of getting comment emails and logged in turning off / disabling the feeds.

It has sat there dormant no posts since then. The post count is 4441 published and 2711 indexed by google. The page views range in the 10k range with each month recently getting up to 500k per month.

I have no idea how to capitalize on this new found massive ball of clay. If anyone would like to help with suggestions or ideas I would appreciate it. I have logged into the top 5 pages and refreshed some of the article content (404 images) but there remains 4441+ affiliate links on pages receiving as little as 10 visitors a day....

Should I refresh the indexed pages and "spruce them up" ?

Should I do something with the non indexed pages?

Should I leave it alone altogether and just add the adsense coding?

A picture below shows I aint lying.

I have no explanation for this.

The site traffic has litterally exploded over the last year and I don't know why. The site has weak backlinks but has tons of inner page page links from affiliate sites galore

This is insane.. The ever sought after "too good to be true" situation.

But again, the perfect example that you need TARGETED traffic to get conversions, not volume.. which I think you're starting to see now. wowzersss

Try to put Google adsense while studying the keywords you have there, maybe you hit a keyword that no one is using. After that when you know the keywords and niche then put some affiliate products related to it and focus on building your list and remove the adsense.
