Clickbank product download?

Hi Guys,

Quick question,

I'm an affiliate on clickbank and promote digital products.

Occasionally I get people who go through my affiliate links and purchase products then say they are unable to download the purchased item and ask for a direct download link, is this possible as I'm only the affiliate I don't have direct access to the product?

    Do you mean you want access to the vendors product download area? Just forward the email to the vendor mate

      No I don't want to access their download page.

      When you purchase something from clickbank do you get the product emailed to you, or is there a download link after the purchase?

        It is how the vendor choose to offer the product.

        The Vendor may write in the "after purchase" webpage (the page where the customer is redirected after the purchase),that "please check your email to know how to access the product". Or the vendor may give direct access to the download page in the "after purchase" page itself.

        Or the vendor can even offer a combination of the both.

    I had this happen to me about four or five times before as well. I simply contacted the product provider Aand asked them to contact the customer to correct
