Is there a software that can be purchased (no revenue share) for making interactive books? The type where you ask 3 questions and each has its own screen. There was a wso about this but i misplaced the link.

Does anyone know of an effective way to most easily sell your ebooks either on your own site or on a facebook page? To make immediate cash rather than wait for kindle to pay you.

    Yes.

    Build a loyal following. Presell your book in your autoresponder series. When it's ready send them straight to the download page.

    If you want to get fancy, ask them to add your email to their Kindle account so that you can email the book directly to their devices.
