Creating Music Videos For YouTube

INTERNET MARKETING

I want to create music videos for songs that I like and post them on YouTube. The videos will be original but the songs will not.

I know there are various rules on copyright and content ID claims. So a couple of questions...

1. Am I allowed to create music videos like this, so long as I don't monetize the video?

2. Am I allowed to create music videos and have affiliates links in the video description pointing to the songs on iTunes?

Any thoughts or advice much appreciated!
