Brainstorming Ideas For This Domain Name. What Would You Do?

I've been sitting on the domain, ChronicAnxiety.com now for quite a while and am brainstorming ideas of what to do with it. This is an obvious match for the panic and anxiety market, which is quite large.

By the looks of a bit of analysis, it shows that it gets about 100 searches per day on the big G.

If you had this domain, what would you do with it?

    In a word: Develop it.

    I'm known mostly on WF for being a domainer, but I also develop web properties. In the case of your domain, I'd develop it. No question.

    When you've been domaining for some time, you tend to have a fairly accurate internal valuation system; a pretty much immediate one, too. It's just the way your brain becomes wired. I could throw what is probably an accurate figure your way, but my nature is always to research beforehand; especially with a nice domain like that. Google some domain valuation resources and get an idea. If you like, I can always give you my opinion on the figure you reach. What I will say is this: very easy flip.
