Is there a WP Plugin that can send out a different pre-written tweet according to which category a post is made in?

apparently you can define certain parameters

it will be the headline, but at least you seem to be able to state the category

You can use TweetLater and predefine your Tweet,
DM and whole bunch of other stuff.

Yes i use tweetlater rather a lot all my advertisements i do is with it and i couldnt live without it now!
