[HELP] Can I use Wordpress to build Wedding Photograph Website with Medium Budget?

I know basic Wordpress and I am looking for a Wordpress theme that looks like this website:
Mitchell J Carlin Wedding Photographer Gold Coast Brisbane Destination Unique Artistic Wedding Photography
I have a medium budget of about 100-150usd

I have been looking for a theme like that in:
200+ Premium WordPress Photography Themes & Templates | ThemeForest
But I haven't found anything come close to that one

My question is using wordpress to build a wedding photograph site a good choice? Could you please recommend me the best theme?

Best regards

Tu Michael

    Hello,
If you view the source of the page you can see what theme they are using on a site if it is wordpress. This sites Wordpress theme is :-wp-content/themes/dt-chocolate
Try to search for this named theme. Also it tells you what plugins they are using too. Good Luck.

    Tu Michael,

    Here's my advice to you:

The site looks beautiful, BUT, and a big BUT , the site loading time is ridiculously long.

I highly suggest you to look for more optimized templates that will properly compress your pictures, but still keeping them at a HD quality, for your own online portfolio. That budget will get you a decent wordpress template, but customization will take up much of your time and effort. Plan out how much time you will require to personalize your website, and determine whether is it more efficient to pay a bit more and hire a website designer, or to purchase the template and customize it yourself.

You may find the theme you looking for below:
      Chocolate WP

Using WordPress is not a bad idea as long as you can build the site by yourself.
If not you may have to pay some outsource jobs, design, etc...

So in conclusion I give the same advice as edmltw in precedent post:
      "Here's my advice to you:

You may find some others pretty cool WP themes related to photographers, probably more simple and more efficiency thru Internet.
Nice day to all of you

Yes, you can make it lot cheaper than your budget. Just google wordpress free themes or paid ones and you can find tons of them. Tons of wordpress tutorials available online too.

You can also buy ready made packages for wedding websites available for approx $100. Incase you don't want to work on it yourself,.

Yes, I personally recommends you to use Wordpress for that type of website.

I think it is possible for you run your own wedding website with that budget in mind.

Just look for a great hosting provider (eg wpengine, synthesis, etc) - I prefer managed wp hosting

Use framework instead of just theme, I use Genesis framework. Works great with fast load.

Use responsive theme. There are lots, look for them at Themeforest.com

    Other option.

    Use Squarespace
    - not a wordpress cms, but you have a lot of flexibility to work with.
