Legal Disclaimer Forms or Templates?

Hi!

Can anyone recommend a good low-cost/no-cost set of Legal Disclaimer Forms or Templates - either in the War Room (free?) or here in the WF (low-cost WSOs)?

    I use WP Insert, It is pretty good.

    It auto-creates privacy policy, disclaimer and copyright, etc. The pages are boiler plate, include placeholders for URL, sitename, etc. Easily editable so you can change/remove stuff not relevant to your site.

    It also allows easy set-up and inserting of AdSense and other ad code along with tracking codes anywhere using short codes.
