I think the biggest route to profitability with WSOs is having a legion of affiliates to promote your product on launch

What if the affiliates all have a 0 rating? Should I disqualify them or allow it?

You will probably want to know a bit about them. If they reach out to you and ask if they can promote your product and tell you their strategy then that should be enough. You can use your own discretion for that.

Make sure your wso does what it says it will do. Provide quality.

Answer questions in your wso thread as soon as possible, especially right after launch.

When using Warrior Plus, affiliate requests will show their stats. I only accept affiliate requests with low refund rates and high sales.

The major affiliate players like to see good conversions on your wso in order for them to promote it to their big lists.

When you accept any affiliate request, you get affiliates who send junk traffic to your offer that doesn't convert, which lowers your conversion rate, which pushes major affiliates away.

If it is your first WSO keep the price low, offer 100% to affiliates, and concentrate on building a buyers list.

I know you might flinch at giving profits away, but your WSO won't pull many buyers on its own and you really do need affiliate support. Make your profits on the back end and from email marketing.

If you run the WSO through WarriorPlus you can hover your mouse over affiliate requests and see their stats, what their conversion percentage is like and their refund percentage too. As said above you really need to be careful that you get a good conversion rate.

      Question

In the same position, my WSO is short, concise, and pretty straight forward. I know it works because I make money with it every week.

      Problem

No bells and whistles, not much room for OTO's or free add ons. Not really any need for a very long hyped sales page written by a pro (no budget anyway).

No problem with 100% commissions as the main aim is to sell the comprehensive training package as a back end.

Is any high selling affilliate going to be interested?

Nicely said offering 100% to affiliate and getting a buyers list is a good as real money is this.
you can sell them over and over again.

    @JPaston

    I agree with you...

Personally, i'm in the same situation like attackdome...On the 16th december i will launch my first wso too.

I concentrate on building a buyers list - therefore the price is very very low...but i guess the quality of my wso is good...

My personal suggestion is like JPaston already mentioned:

Build a Buyers List through offering your wso for a very low price. Once you've created and offered some wso this way you can raise with the price...

    Have a nice day,
    allen

    Hey

Make sure you create an awesome product.

    Top notch information.

Be 100% sure, that the person who buys your product KNOWS, that it was money well spent.

Make sure your product influences the life and internet marketing career of your customer in a positive way.

Also motivate your customer in your WSO to take action.

    Have a nice WSO journey,

#1 It depends on the product.

#2 As mentioned above, high numbers help.

#3 This doesn't inspire a lot of confidence...

    (no budget anyway).
...and doesn't really add up with this:

I make money with it every week.

Fair point Brent, I understand that a professional sales page costs 1000's and I am making money but not that much!

Have taken your comments on board and will put more work into it.

Focus on creating an excellent product and charge a lot less than what it is worth (over-deliver in value).

Put some effort into your sales copy and because you can create the best product in the world, but if you can't convince your audience that it is the best product in the world, nobody will buy it.

Nowadays, affiliate recruitment is very important in launching a successful wso, especially if you don't have an existing list of subscribers who are interested in your wso. Give away 100% commissions to attract affiliates and if you want to make more money you can create a higher-priced back-end product to complement your product.

If you offer Quality you WILL find buyers and affiliate. But yes, you will need to put serious effort on marketing and promotion.

  • I would suggest selling the first WSO you create at a low price, give 100% commissions to affiliates. Assuming the quality is good you will be well on your way to a successful career.

    I advocate a simple approach.

Be in possession of some killer information. Present that information well.

Pretty much everything else will take care of itself.

You may make sales but you need a good offer and to offer affiliates 100% commission on the front end
