Need advice selling my Amazon Affiliate Site

Hey guys,

I have an Amazon affiliate site I want to sell. It's in the fitness products niche (reviewing products) and it averages just under 1K in monthly commissions (let's say 11K/ year for the past 2 years).

I have high quality content, but just don't want to work on the site anymore, haven't done SEO on it forever and it's been ages since I wrote my last high quality review. I average about 4K unique visitors/ month, most of the traffic is coming from Google.

I was offered 8K by someone that emailed me, but I think that's too low. I know about Flippa, but I want to sell this site within the next week or two.

Any advice for how to best approach this? What can I do to maximize my selling price?

    Try selling via Empire flippers.
    They take a hefty commission, but have a reputation to get you top prices.

      I agree, Empire Flippers is a great way to sell if you have a site that makes money. Check out their listings and see the premium prices they get for their sites.

    On EmpireFlippers, every website sells for [3 Months' Average Net Profit] x 20 = Listing Price

    In your case, $3000 x 20 = Whopping $60,000

    Give them a try, you wont regret.

        Please let us know if and when you sold it, I bet many of us have marginal sites that we could
        sell, but if you are not selling this premium one, then I wonder how less profitable sites will sell?

        Are you SURE it's us that's looking to purchase? We don't do a ton of reaching out to buy sites, so I'm thinking this could be someone pretending to be us?

        Funny enough, there is ONE site I know about that my business partner (Joe) was targeting for purchase. It's in the health/workout niche. If this DOES happen to be that one site, man...what a small world!

      I think, though, that the OP is stating the site makes $1K per month, which would put it at a less-whopping $20K listing price. Still not too shabby, though! :-)
