How much of your income do you spend on Internet Marketing Advertising? What is your experience with your set budget?

When I first started using paid traffic, I spent $1000-2000 per month. I think that is the minimum amount you need to spend to get enough data and knowledge to start for real, cutting underperforming banners & landers, finding new angles, etc. If you spent too little, it would take a long time to collect enough data.

As for right now, I reinvest about 40-50% from my profit for paid advertising

I totally agree about the amount required to collect enough data in a short enough time span. Does your 50% reinvestment include SEO too?

It's going to take a lot of time and money on the front end. If you build it right, over time, the less percentage of money and time you need to spend to keep it going (if that's your goal)

You just have to figure out what's your ideal lifestyle, then build a system to fund that lifestyle. Then just go freakin' build it! It's going to take time and money. 99.9% of marketers aren't successful because they don't take action.

I have been putting in 15% of my income back into advertising. What I have noticed is the more you invest in advertising the more your Profit increases. When business is bad the last thing you want to do is cut the life line advertising.

From this month onwards, I have started using Ads to speed up our product growth and have allocated $1000 for adwords, adroll and even for WF ads (if things work out fine for our WSO).

I have put 20% in advertising budget but honestly, I am not very confident with PPC campaign performance as most of the clicks are costing in $5-$10 range. I looked at buysellads.com too but most of the marketing sites like SearchEngineWatch and SearchEngineLand are offering CPM ads only and that too at $10-$50 which is extremely high.
