Looking for dynamic site builder

Hi all, I am looking for a script, plugin or piece of software that will dynamically create web pages on a site based on geo locations.

Let me explain what I mean. As an example, I have a website about gardening based specifically for Maryland. I want to create just one generic web page about planting herbs in [a Maryland Town]. Based on the visitor's geo IP location, the Maryland town will be filled in dynamically. What I mean is, lets say there is a line of text like the following.

If you are looking to plant herbs in [Maryland town] then you should blah blah blah..

If that visitor comes from Baltimore it would read
If you are looking to plant herbs in Baltimore then you should blah blah blah..

or for Richmond
If you are looking to plant herbs in Richmond then you should blah blah blah..

If anyone could recommend a script, plugin or piece of software that could achieve this and more then please tell.

I used to use something called niche creator which could achieve dynamic site building but cant find it anymore. Thanks!

    That's actually a really great idea for a Wordpress plugin. You would think that possibly someone has made one for this but it could be tough to find. I'll do some research and if it hasn't yet well then...let the creating begin!

    There's a lot of ways you can get the visitors location using PHP or API from google maps or something.

    Are you talking about actually created pages or just pages with dynamic content. Either way, it sounds pretty straight forward with a tiny bit of technological know how.

    I don't know if it's relevant to what you're doing with the website, but just a reminder that you could be hit with a dupe content slapper if you dynamically create mass amount of pages with more or less the same content.
