Hey guys,

how much a blog would be worth with these stats when flipping?

3 months old, 10000 visits, 27000 pageviews, 110 visits per day, Bounce rate of 58 percent, 60+ articles (most of them unique content), plus 1 free pdf report. 20 percent returning visitors. Niche is small and targeted. AdSense makes some money but slowly, since it is not optimised.

I am wondering cuz I'm in need of money and wonder how much my blog is worth currently.

Are you earning any income from it? It really would depend on whether the blog is earning income or not.

As far as I can tell, prizes are dropping significantly.

I am shaking my head almost daily when I see nicely designed blogs
with unique content selling for $100 or less.

And yet, some flippers are making good money. They spend $30 or
less on each project and sell it for the mentioned prizes.

The real problem is that buyers usually can't tell the difference between
a blog like yours and the serial blogs. So unless your blog makes some
good money or has some highly targeted traffic that can be capitalized,
yours will be worth $100 or less.

I think you would probably be disappointed in the price unless you get it earning some money. I think you might be looking at around 5 - 10X monthly earnings since it is only 3 months old.

In my experience, the amount of content doesn't really boost the selling price as much as one would think. I believe that is because people who are buying turnkey sites with no or very little earnings don't really value the unique articles that much and the seasoned buyers want earnings and the number of articles doesn't really matter.

The traffic helps a lot though. But it's kind of hard to say what someone would pay for it - you never know it could be the perfect blog for someone who was wanting to break into the niche it is in - only way to tell for sure is to put it up for sale with a reserve of what you need to get for it.

People will generally be just looking at what the site is currently making and whether or not it has a strong history of making good income. Design is not usually as important since a lot of site flippers are looking for sites that are already earning that they can fix up.

Add some revenue models to it. Throw in some CPA ads and see how it converts. When you've got some decent revenue coming in, it can be sold for a price 12X the annual income.
