How to SMS and calls from UK?

Hi Warriors

do you happen to know how could I send SMSs and Receive calls from UK number on my computer? I am based outside of UK but would love to be able to do both as I have most of my clients based in UK.

Big thanks for any suggestions/softwares/apps

    Must be possible with a Skype connection, I do it that way.

    1. Buy a prepaid card from England and send it to your country.
    2. Activate it and put a little money on it.
    3. Create a Skype account
    4. Connect Skype with that number

    Now you can sms people using skype and they think it comes from your phone.
    Also you can call from that number with skype.

      thanks, but is it possible to:
      - receive smses on my skype? since I travel abroad quite a lot
      - receive return calls on skype?
