Hostgator AutoResponder Going Haywire!

Hi:

I have a small online business hosted by Hostgator with a list of about 11,000 subscribers. Recently, the Autoresponder has been sending out blank messages to everyone on the list. It is sending more than one to everyone, just about everyday.

Could this be due to spam? Or does it sound like a glitch in the AR?

My main question is: How, if possible, can I disable the autoresponder for now until we can get the problem fixed?

    oh? I was not aware that hostgator has an autpresponder....

    Anyway, you should change your autoresponder to aweber or getresponse instead, they are the best autoresponder available on the net

      100% agree. This is one time you cannot afford FREE. Free pisses your business away. Give someone x dollars per month to do something for you, you've got a little leverage.

      Every CPanel hosting account has autoresponders. They are not as good as the ones at the places you mention.
