How to CRUSH it in 2015!

Hey Warriors!

I want to share with you my mindset going into 2015, and how I plan to crush it.

But first lets talk about trends....

Especially the ones I see pop up almost daily online.

Offline marketing was on the rage a year or two ago. Mobile marketing peeked its head not too long ago. Kindle and Amazon seem to be the hot things right now.

New trend after trend.

New method after method.

Its easy to tell why so many people are feeling overwhelmed. There is too much information out there.

Too many conflicting ideas and techniques that gets everybody's heads all jumbled up.

When a thousand people start using the same technique without putting their own unique twist to it, eventually whatever loophole they might have fun will dry up quicker than a puddle in the Sahara desert.

Just wait until some big shot guru claims that selling half-digested
organic baby food to puppies in Siberia is the next best thing since sliced
bread.

That is why in 2015 year I've chosen to try my best to stay away from as many trends and fads as possible.

I rather stick with things I know work for sure.

Things like...
  • Product creation
  • Email marketing
  • Video marketing
...(just to name a few) that have helped me generate great results online every time I've used them.

In 2015 I am going to put ALL my focus into growing my email list and making more money from my list.

Here is some advice I wrote on a thread a couple weeks ago which details how I'm going to marketing to my list from now on...

From there you give them one small tip or takeaway from that story. Ex: exercising everyday, and cutting back on junk food.

After that you transition into pitching the product. Nothing too crazy. One or two lines that gets them curious to click.

"I couldn't have been able to shed the weight without a clear plan to follow. In my opinion that is why so many people give up on losing weight. There is so much information out there that its easy to become overwhelmed.

That is why my SuperFatBurner ebook will take you by the hand and show you exactly how to easily burn 1-3 pounds of fat every single week quickly.

That is a rough example of how to do it, but stories are really killer. I've been using them more and more lately and the results have been really good

Look up Ben Settle and Andre Chaperon for more information on selling through stories.
Instead of trying to wet your feet in a hundred different niches, and trying to implement every new strategy that a guru claims is HOT, HOT, HOT...

I want you to pick one and master it. Truly focus all your attention on it.

That is how you start to gain momentum.

Imagine it like planting a seed.

You have to water and nurture that seed every day. Little by little that seed will grow into a plant, and that plant will grow and grow into a tree.

That is how you start to be a little more successful each and every day.

Here's to crushing it in 2015 and beyond!

So how do you plan on getting traffic to grow your email list as big as you have envisaged? Sometimes following trends helps. It can help you stay up to date and learn the latest working strategies even if it will later become oversaturated.

Right now my strategy for list building is to buy more solo ads, delve more into Facebook ads, upload more videos to my YouTube channel and build a following on there, and forum marketing.

I'm trying to optimize my sales funnel to convert as much of the visitors I get into paying customers.

    I agree with Edwin wholeheartedly.

    Here is the thing.

It's not about whether or not your follow trends. What matters is that you profitably deliver value to your customers/clients. "Methods", etc. are just ways to do that.

The reason why most people fail ( and will continue to fail ) is that they lack the fundamental understanding how money and business work.

The secret is in understanding those fundamentals. Then, once you've got that, you choose the appropriate strategy to accomplish the task.

So the trend won't do much for you if it doesn't work for your particular market.

    BUT...

The truth is that most people are not really serious about making money or growing a business. They just enjoy the "fix" and feeling they get from going through a course. In fact, many people feel a sense of accomplishment just because they signed up for something!

So when they get bored with one thing, they jump onto another. The percentage of people who are actually trying to do something is very small indeed.

Those who are serious, will focus on serving their markets and making a profit - regardless of what the current trend is.

I got to get more into e-mail marketing myself and agree with you about not trying to go into too many different niches all at once. Aside from being the indecisive type, I've learned that you still have to learn about the niches and the leaders in them -- even if you're only going to be building a micro-niche site. This takes time. I've also learned that certain methods of getting traffic work better in some niches over others, so I'd rather have a few "go to" niches with a specific plan of attack in each instead of being all over the place.
