New EU VAT Rules ~ How Are You Dealing With Them?

Hi All,

I just found out that come Jan 1st 2015 the EU are introducing some new rules regarding VAT (sales tax).

Basically anyone who sells online digital goods, to customers within Europe) will have to charge VAT and then pay that tax to the government of the BUYERS country.
It also appears that the existing VAT registration thresholds are now being ignored so EVERYONE has to register for VAT!

This is mad as it will mean that even small entrepreneurs who only sell a few digital items will have to register for VAT and jump through hoops.

So if you sell to customers in for example Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Norway you have to pay tax to each of those countries governments? How the hell do you do that???
