YouTube: How do to add an image above the subscribe box?

I see many videos that have a picture above the subscribe box and I wonder how this is done.

    I checked the Google, and this came in results:

    "To get an image above your video description, next to one of your
    videos, you will have to become a partner of YouTube.
    You can sign up for this, but you must first have a certain number of
    views per video, or a certain number of subscribers, which is unknown
    to most of us. Also, the partner programme must be available in your
    country."
