Solo Ads - How Can We Avoid Being Ripped From Poor Solo Ad Sellers

What can we do to minimize and avoid getting ripped off by solo ad sellers who are selling poor crappy solo ads not worth anything.

Is there a way to tell that a solo ad seller list is a crappy list !

What can we do to maximize our efforts in selecting the best solo ad sellers that we can rely on driving good traffic from their list

Make sure you get recommendations from people you trust or better still generate your own traffic.. You can get quality traffic fro 1 -5c per click if you then have an effective way to capture email addresses you are building a quality list cheaply

I have just sent you some information that could help you out with this. I've also had my fair share of poor solo ads and have been scammed numerous times. Hope you find it useful!

You obviously have a strange definition of "quality." So, tell us, where do you get these alleged "quality" 1-5 cent clicks?

I too have been ripped off by several solo sellers before. Sometimes checking their testimonials is not good enough. Their solo probably works fine for other people and may work differently for ours.

Anyway, I will always check on the followings:-

    1) How long does the solo sellers been in business?
    2) Have FB testimonials (because people will not simply leave a good FB testimonial to sellers)
    3) Recommended by others (people will not recommended solo from bad sellers)
    4) Solo cost (if it is so damn cheap, something is not right somewhere like 10 or 20 cents per click)

Actually there are many more factors but I always go for the above.

I'm happy to answer your question. By the way, I'm a reputable solo ads seller.

    Here's how you differentiate them...

    - When you are looking for clicks, avoid clicks that are cheaper than $0.35 CPC (High chance they are bot unless you are offered by new solo ads seller that are trying to start out in return for testimonial.)

    - Join this facebook group and only look for seller that has generated sale https://www.facebook.com/groups/salestestimonials/

    - Check out the solo ads seller facebook page, if it's NEW account and has only 1 profile photo. BEWARE He/She might be a SCAMMER.

    - And the number 1 RULE is - Always be the one to approach the solo ads seller instead of the seller appoaching you. Because you can always do your homework to find out more about the solo ads seller before ordering

I agree with all these tips right here. I even go out get recommendations from other providers. Remember this is an industry and networking is still key here. Others will let you know about bad sellers too.

    1. Research YOUR niche using Google advanced search codes to find blogs with a newsletter targeting your target market (ex: "powered by aweber" your keyword)
    2. Sign up to the newsletter - look for double opt in as a sign that subs will be more responsive
    3. Read the emails and see what relationship the website owner is developing with readers/subscribers
    4. Contact the newsletter owner and ask them if they would be willing to send out a solo ad to their list on your behalf

The difference with this approach is that you are paying for a solo ad to the entire subscriber base typically - not buying 100,200 or 500 "clicks"

This approach takes more time and research but it guarantees you'll be fishing in a different pond than most of your competition who are simply buying clicks.

You will need to do your research. Don't just look at testimonials, talk to the person via Facebook messenger, emails, skype Verify his/her credibility by yourself. Don't get lazy and rely on the initial marketing pitch. Do your homework and you will receive equivalent grades.

Sometimes it's not just about the quality of lists from the marketers, but your product, your squeeze page, your sales funnel, your email copy, and whether it's the right time and season.

This is really easy my friend.

When you do a solo ad, you want to know if you are getting any sales from it. That's why you want to track your results.

If you use Clickbank for example, they will allow you to see where the sales are coming from.

Before you order the solo read previous customers testimonials.
Fiverr.com is terrible for solo ad sellers. STAY AWAY!

You really can't tell if the list is good or not. It will depend on your adcopy and what you have to offer. As long as your email ad copy is good and you offer a great product or service you should generate a ton of leads and sales
