Converting eBay EPN clicks to sales?

Just started with eBay EPN recently.

So far I have 66 clicks, but zero sales so far..

On one of my websites, Amazon converts about 10% of customers. Different niche, but similar style of content. (review/presale)

Is it normal for eBay to convert so badly?

      The WF has historically been an Amazon affiliate forum. The private forum for phpbay has the best epn discussion.

      66 clicks is not much of a sample size. However, this time of year Ebay converts like crazy. But you need to remember Ebay and Amazon are not interchangeable for traffic, especially with Ebay's auction system. It can definitely take more of a strategy to target Ebay products.

    In my opinion I wouldn't bother with eBay anymore for many reasons. I believe they are trying to get rid of affiliates at least it seems that way.

    Anyways, yesterday I sent over 800 clicks made $7.89 woo hoo.

    Letting my domains expire as they come up, spend time on other projects. At one time eBay was great for affiliates.

      7.89 from 800 clicks is f***ing miserable. Are they being dishonest or do they just suck at converting visitors? You know, its like you're doing your job but they're not doing theirs.

      I'm up to 119 clicks and zero conversions now. With any other network/product I would expect at least 10 sales from that.

      Really disappointing.

    There tracking is off, lost data all the time but biggest reason is they went to a 24 hour cookie, if someone clicks your link and does not buy within 24 hours you get $0.00.

    Most actions don't end that fast. Like I said I wouldn't bother with epn anymore

      The article is drawing in tons of traffic and eBay clicks are now up to 165, with zero conversions. Worked so hard on planing that article in terms of keywords, product research etc. Everything else has gone to plan.

      Gutted. Lesson learned though
