Best content for 2015 - videos, apps, infographics or something else?

Hi,
I would like to know your opinion, what will be the best kind of content for 2015? Video, Infographics, Apps for smartphones, Web Apps and tools, Ebooks, Checklists, Cheat sheets, Articles, something else?

And which websites will be the best to submit this content to?
Youtube, Slideshare, Instagram, Pinterest, Hubpages, Reddit, Stumbleupon, Appstore, Google Play, Amazon. Anything else?
Which of them bring the most quantity of traffic and which bring the most quality? Are there some statistics about the audience of these websites?

How would you choose which website submit your content to?

1/ check their ranking on Alexa?
2/ how many downloads or visitors they got for my topic?
3/ the ranking on Google for the website on this topic?

thanks

Video content is on the rise. Google & Facebook love video content. Video has a lot of inherent SEO benefits and if done correctly, your video can rank on google with much less efforts.

Infographics are also significant to generate backlinks. Because we are all visual learners and want info in condensed format.

Alexa Ranking isn't that decisive factor.
DA/SERP of the page matters most to decide which website to submit your content to.

Video content certainly! Do all in video format. Use YouTube. Link or embed your YT video in Google+, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.

But if you want to make fast profit... then nothing else... do your WSO here!

    Good luck.

This is sort of a "trick question"...

And it's also why I like PowerPoint 2013 so much. Here's why:

Make a video with Powerpoint and upload it to Youtube, Vimeo and post the video to your accounts on your major social sites.

Can the video or parts of it be converted to an infographic using PowerPoint? Submit the results to the infographic sites. This is why I like creating infographics that can be part of videos.

User PPT and convert the presentation to PDF and submit it to all the PDF and ebook sites.

Next, use PPT to make slides and presentations and submit it to sites like Slideshare, Scribd, issuu, etc, as well as the new Office Mix site.

Then, convert the PPT slides (if appropriate) to images and submit to the image sites like Instagram, Flickr, etc.

And just about any of the above are suitable for something like Pinterest.

IMO, it isn't about which media is best, but rather how to repurpose content into different media formats to best take advantage of the widest range of opportunities.

Many IMers only look for a single flood of traffic, when in fact it's usually a bunch of trickles that will get them results.

Thank you. Almost everybody says don´t depend on one source of traffic, diversify, and at the same time they all say go for the top 20%, it will generate you 80% traffic, and ignore the rest. IMHO I would try 10 websites and then stick with the best 3.
Do you know which audience prefers which content? What would be the best source for B2B traffic, maybe Slideshare because they watch powerpoint presentations the whole day in their meetings and because its part of Linkedin?

Although I'm semi-retired now, in my experience over the last 16+ years in B2B marketing, articles widely syndicated in online/offline publications have consistently produced massive quantities of highly convertible traffic.

The written article format is perhaps the most effective content model for distribution (at least for B2B traffic IMO) because there are vast amounts of untapped publications within virtually every commercially viable niche.

And there is no indication this will change in 2015 or anytime soon. From personal experience, articles in authoritative publications have always been, and perhaps will always be the ne plus ultra of marketing, especially for B2B traffic.

Whatever medium you decide to use, make sure you direct them to an opt-in page with something free with KILLER information.

From here, begin to bond with your audience and sell, sell, sell.
