Question: Server Stress/Load Testing

Can anyone recommend a stress-testing company/app/tools
that can test and simulate traffic load on our server?
We're interested in simulating traffic at various
levels, many up to 10x / 50x our current levels.
This would be a one-time test, rather than ongoing monthly.
We've attempted using Microsoft's app:

...but we're being limited by our internet bandwidth running the app.
The server we're using is dedicated, and not in our office.
Our host doesn't provide this service.
