What Is Your Best Affiliate Tracking Tool for JV Launch?

I've been using Clickbank to successfully sell "Craigslist for Small Businesses" guide (if interested click)

But Clickbank tracks affiliates only if they send traffic straight to the sales page.

I've recently read Jeff Walker's book "Launch" and preparing to launch an upgrade for my product his way.
One of his prelaunch advices - build and email list of prospects by sending them to a squeeze page. He also suggests to use Joint Ventures to generate traffic to a squeeze page.
But Clickbank doesn't keep track of leads that were brought by affiliates to a squeeze page.

What is the best tool to track squeeze page affiliate tracking?

I'm also interested in knowing how to accomplish that.
I have been emailing and speaking with Clickbank representatives about this subject for a long time and still no solution.

Here are several things that need to be accomplished for it to work:

    - Visits to the squeeze page must be tracked. It can be done by setting the squeeze page to be target hoplink url. So it doesn't have to be the sales page. The visitor must come through the squeeze page to see the content pages and ultimately the sales page. The cookie is placed on the visitor's browser when he/she visits the squeeze page, so the sale will be tracked.

    - When affiliates send traffic to the content page, and the visitor hasn't signed up yet, they are redirected to the squeeze page (gateway option in Optimizepress). The problem is that Clickbank only sends them to the target hoplink url, which is the squeeze page in our case. Even if they could somehow send them to the content page, the affiliate parameters must be reserved during the gateway redirect for tracking to work.

    - There are more issues, but these are the main ones.

I use Fast Spring to sell digital products and they have convinced me to go with Impact Radius which tracks affiliate sales. IR can track anything which is great, but have a HORRIBLE support. I have tried setting up trackers myself but to no avail. Support said it was not their job to help me with my technical issues and that I should seek a third party to helm me with that.

A side note: Fast Spring's support is STELLAR! Impact Radius' sucks.

So I find iAffiliateManagement.com (third party help) and they say they can help me out with setting up a campaign on Impact Radius. Their fee is $750 which is too expensive for me because I'm yet to start earning from digital products (I only earned a little bit so far).

So Impact Radius can track anything, they pay out affiliates in cooperation with Fast Spring, but will provide little to no help regarding the setup which is something I cannot understand.

Does anyone else have any idea how to accomplish this?
