Without knowing what experience you have this is a difficult question to answer but I will try and help you by saying this.

Why not turn your knowledge into a product ... if you know about fly fishing write and eBook or create a video course and sell it online.

If you need short term cash offer freelance services on platforms like Freelancer, oDesk, Fiverr and even on the warrior forum

You can get away with not having reputation if you showcase examples of your work

You can do things like:

- Graphic design
- Programming
- Article writing
- Voiceovers
- Transcriptions
- Virtual assistant work

If you are struggling for cash like that then I would definitely suggest you sell your skills and time for money.

Either gigs on Fiverr or Freelancer.

Or get a job delivering Pizzas for a couple of weeks ... anything to make it happen.

Question is how bad do you want it? Because if you want to make it that badly you will do whatever it takes.

If you want to make money as a service provider -- whether online or offline -- you're gonna have to build a good reputation. This is just basic business. If you don't have a business model set up, you're going to have take the time to set one up. Also, a domain name and hosting don't cost that much money. A domain name is around $13 (for a year), and web hosting (unlimited domains) cost about $10 a month.

i would say use eBay to get rid of some stuff you don't want. Should be easy enough to get $50 to reinvest back into getting a website & is what I did to get started

I have to agree with Peter Kontango. Just start writing, it was how I started. Just starting out you may not even be able to get that $5.00 per article. Just take your time and over deliver. I would suggest heading over to iwriter.com and working on the 150 word articles. Do as many of them and build up your reputation and save the money to build your business.

While you may not want to be a full time article writer, writing is the best way to get start up cash.

Nice advise.
But do peopleperhour pay freelancer?
I went to their site to check it out. But it seems like there is many bad reviews saying they were not pay for their work.
And admin at peopleperhour is not answer to them.

Can anyone share their experience with peopleperhour?

If you have no money to start with, you might try your hand at reselling services, rather than offering a service of your own. Of course, you will want to ensure the seller you are working with has the highest credibility and can actually do the work demanded by your clients. That would be one way to get some money in your pocket to start with.
