Software for Creating Product Vids?

Is there any new software out there that simplifies the creation of nice, clean product videos? I know about using .PPT and Camtasia, but wondered if there's anything out there that combines the two features?

Appreciate any and all enlightenment...

  • PowerPoint 2013 combines the features of PowerPoint and Camtasia. Download Microsoft's free Office Mix plugin for PowerPoint and you can record screen captures using PPT.

    Also, with PPT 2013 you can export as MP4 and import that video into Camtasia. And vice versa, you can create a video with Camtasia and import that video into PPT.

    You can export your PPT slides as images and select save all slides. Then you can simply drag and drop those into Camtasia or whatever video tool you're using and use the features such as the transitions within that, as opposed to relying on PPT transitions if you wanted to.

  • You can make amazing and professional video for your products by Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Also you can use Sony Vegas, Cyberlink PowerDirector etc.
