INTERNET MARKETING

hi there
as i have mentioned before
i am running www.koffster.com
just wondering if the ad placement is any good, or not?!
Is there any precedent, or source as to the best position for adverts on blogs / websites?

i think posting them inside the content probably works best? but, then it risks people getting annoyed i guess?!

I don't like the huge Adsense banner on the homepage and top of every page. It looks very unprofessional. It's so out of context. As a site visitor, I would never click on that ad. Just wondering what happened to your own site header.
