Full-time Filipino Hiring Site - Coders

Looking for sites dedicated to hiring Filipino VAs.

I'm not interested in sites that ask for an upfront fee and I do not want to use sites like odesk, elance or freelancer. I use them for short term projects. This project is long term.

      He said he is not interested in sites that charge an up front fee. It costs $20 just to post a job. Personally, I think Odesk is much better choice. You can find great candidates at $3-5/hour, and they offer excellent tools for tracking the work so you don't get ripped off.
