PPD Script no survey

Hi I was wondering if there is a PPD script our there that creates a PPD website that pays per 1000 downloads instead of per survey?
At the moment I am using a ppd that I am currently not happy about. Too many pop ups and ads.
I have a blog that has a lot of download traffic. At first I just want to use it for personal use and place more targeted ads on my own ppd website.
Can anybody help me with this?

    i'm currently using filedust.net and freakshare.com (now not working)
    it pays up to $40 per 1000 downloads.
    Was wondering if there is a script out there that I can buy, to do the same thing. A ppd website similar to those websites.
    So far I've seen ppd scripts similar to fileice or sharecash. But they require you to fill surveys before downloading. So i was wondering if there is a script that pays per 1000 downloads instead.
