Designing A New Landing Page / Opt-in Page, Need help

I'm working on a new landing page/squeeze page design and need some help. For now I am working on what is above the fold. The opt in form pops up when you click Get Started Now. The three issues I am aware of right now are that I have to get the text to align with the bullet images, I have to change the text in my logo to uppercase so that it matches the text on the ebook cover, and I have to change the G to a D in the spine of the book cover images. Other then that, please let me know what you think.

  • I hope you have a plan for this to look good on mobile as well. The small italic text I would have my concerns about.will the design consolidate to two columns and a menu button on mobile?
