did anyone else receive an email from Amazon with that subject?

Invoice processing at Amazon is evolving and a number of improvements are being made that will help Amazon work more efficiently with our suppliers.

I'm selling apps on Amazon, use their mobile ads and I have a couple of eBooks published, but I'm not sure what they want from me. I tried to reply but I only get an automated message back.
Do I need to send them now invoices so I can get paid?
Would appreciate some insights into this. Thanks.
