Winter on Teespring - tshirts or hoodies?

Hi,

It is winter time in US and Canada so I'm curious how your Teespring sales look like now - do you sell less tees and much more hoodies and long sleeves? Do you promote hoodies more than tees on Facebook?

    Hoodies are definitely higher conversion at the moment so I wouldn't pass them. Tee-shirts still hold so just split test, offer both.

    It depends on several factors.

    Niche, Ad Design and Price.

    Sometimes certain designs just aren't that great on a hoodie and vice versa.

    Also, when you create your ads are you directing them to the hoodie or shirt? Does your ad show multiple styles?

    Most of my campaigns I try to strive for a 2:1 shirt to hoodie ratio. I don't always hit that, but it's a general guideline I like to go for.

    So far in the last few months I've sold more shirts than hoodies and I contribute that to the holidays, people want to get people gifts but don't want to spend an obscene amount of money (for the most part) so they may be buying shirts as opposed to hoodies to allow them more breathing room for more gifts.

    That's my guess though.
