Keyboard shortcuts tool

Hi

I need to find a free little program which enables me to create simple keyboard shortcuts so when I press "C" for e.g. , I automatically paste a pre-set text in e-mail or word document.

This is to save time and avoid opening multiple documents at once.

Do you guys know of such a tool?

    I looked into this before because I thought it would be easier than pushing ctrl c to copy something and then ctrl v to paste it and then having to do it again for the next part of the form. I thought it would be very convenient to have it set up where you could push ctrl E to paste a stored email address, ctrl N to paste your name and ctrl M to paste a message.
    When I tried to find something like this all I found out is that it is something you have to create yourself with like C++ programing language. I haven't got around to learning how to do that yet but maybe someone else has or will.
