How to post in the JV forum?

Do I have to be a War Room member to post a new thread in the Joint Venture forum?

I tried to post but I got this msg:
Joe Ray, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. You may not have upgraded to the War Room. Or, this may be a separate private forum.
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation
I read the rules but according to the rules I should be able to post but my post will not be visible until it's approved. But... I can not post.



Can anyone advise me on this?

    The answer it right there in the first item. You aren't a War Room member.

        Don't bother to post in the JV section.

        I have posted 2 JV threads about 1 month ago and it never got published.
