Arrgghh! Contact form wasn't working!

Hi all,

Just need to rant for a bit ... I've had my ghostwriting site up for a month or so now to promote my biz. I've noticed I've had quite a few hits to my Contact Me page but no-one has never actually contacted me. So I tested it myself and ... yup, the form wasn't working. It took me a while, and I few work-arounds but it finally got it working.

So now all I can think is that if I lost even ONE order because of that ... well, let's just say I'm not a happy camper right now.

But, on the bright side, it's fixed now.

    I feel your pain.

    But now you know you should test it the next time, so you won't lose any more sales

    - And you can focus even more on the marketing, as you at least know the contact form works :p

      I know how that goes... test, test, and re-test! My first WSO ever and I manage to create a "one time" use coupon, thinking it's good for one time use by each Warrior - nope! - it was seriously a one time use coupon - so one Warrior got to use it and the rest were told "coupon invalid"... that didn't go a month without notice thankfully!

    @radio - Luckily, warriors tend to be quite fast on the responses when they're not getting what they've paid for in WSO's :p

    Yeah, I definitely learned a hard lesson here ... I did test my newsletter sign-up form and that worked fine after some tweaking, but I forgot to test my contact form.

    I learn really well from my mistakes, though!
