How do i market it? What email services do you use.
Is it free or paid.

I use both Aweber and GetResponse...

Why choose one over the other when you can have both?

As far as landing pages, there's plenty of services, plugins, and themes to use to get you started...

OptimizePress, leadpages, instabuilder, just to name a few

The most important part about the landing page is the words. You need to use copy. You need to use the right words to get people to opt in. Learn copywriting!

My email provider is Aweber. It costs $19 per month. It is the one I like personally. There are other email providers like:

icontact

GetResponse

ResponseMagic

These are all paid email marketing companies. If you are serious, you will need one of these paid services.

Regarding lead capture pages, judging by your questions so far, it sounds like you are brand new to IM. You will need to take a few months alone and study AD Copy.

Newbies are way too inexperienced to start creating their own lead capture pages. You did say landing page but then you said email marketing so I am thinking that you mean't lead capture page.

When I was new, I wanted to start making money ASAP so I didn't go out and start doing all this overwhelming stuff on my own.

I leveraged systems and pre-built lead capture pages that are designed by 'Expert' Copy Writers (and still do).
