I am looking for a person or company that can design an awesome logo related to recycling. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance,

Have you taken a look at the graphic design services fellow Warriors are offering? You can find them here: Warriors For Hire

Look through the thread, read the reviews and browse through their samples. You might find a winner.

    Good luck.

Fiverr is a good place to go. Check the reviews to see what others have to say as it is a good indication to the quality of work. You can even ask to see work they have done before committing to an order

19 dollar logos is good but you can't beat Fiverr for price. I've had some great logos created for me by providers on there. Great place for headers too.

I also used 99Designs in the past, sometimes you get a very good designer, make sure you have some sketches of your idea, they may not understand what you are requesting. The good thing is you only pay for what you like.

99Designs would be my suggestion as well. Wonderful things come out of competition.

Fiverr is one place you could check. However, if you got The Logo Creator you could make your own. It makes professional-looking logos, and much more.

I have found good to fantastic logo creators on Fiverr. Look at their work and ask examples, but if you look carefully, you will be pleasantly surprised in the end.

I was also going to recommend this. I have had The Logo Creator for about 3 years and have purchased just about all of the add on packages as well. I can honestly say that it's probably one of the best investments I have ever made in my online business.

It will easily create awesome logos for you with just the basic software (which is less than $30 I believe), but when you add on all of the expansion packs it's amazing. I literally create just about all of my sales page graphics with it, YouTube channel headers, timeline headers, fan page headers, mascots, business cards, blog images, banners, memes, slides for videos, and the list goes on.

You could easily use it to make lots of money selling Fiverr Gigs if you are even just a little creative.

I hope by now you've got your options sorted but if you're still haven't found someone great to work with then I can recommend one from my team. PM me for the samples and quotes. I don't usually promote my services in here but we're planning to do so in near future.

I'm confident that you won't be disappointed though we can't beat fiverr or 99designs in terms of pricing. But I can assure you that we're reasonably affordable for quality professional work.

    Thanks.

Fiverr if you are tight on budget, otherwise I recommend hosting a logo contest on 48hourslogo.com

You should STAY AWAY from 99designs. Their prices are insane and lots of designers are recycling logos (they use the same icon and concept, just change colors and company name).

My experience is, for $99 you can get better logo design on 48hourslogo than for $299 on 99designs (yep, that's their minimum)

I am not the only person with such experience, read this post.

99designs.com - Nothing else to look for when it comes to graphic/logo designs..
Second option - Go with Fiverr.

Hey everyone -- I'm a newbie here in WF and want to know how to be able to create Threads. WF doesn't respond to emails so I don't know. Do I first have to pay the $97 for the War Room subscription??

99Designs is terrible. The designs that people come up with are almost always based on stock vectors they download for free. Remember, those "designers" don't earn *anything* for their effort most of the time. How motivated could they be?

One time, when I called for a refund, the guy wasn't even surprised.

If you want a good logo, just find a firm that charges what they're worth and pony up. Stellar graphic design costs hundreds or thousands of dollars.

Beware people saying they got "great" logos from Fiverr or other deep discount places. No offence to anyone on this board, but most non-designers can't see just how awful the logo they bought really is.

The same phenomenon happens with writers and non-writers. People who buy content for $10 think they are getting a good deal until someone points out all the typos and grammatical errors to them.

On the whole, you get what you pay for.

Absolutely agree. Folks who recommend 99designs probably do so because they aren't aware of better options.

Logos are often the core of a brand, telling customers about your personality and making an impression so they remember you. Above all it should be a visual representation of your company and your brand, a way to summarize what you do and what you can offer to customers in one simple graphic. There are few ways of creating efficient business logo:

    1) If you are designer, so you are lucky, my congratulations, you don't need to read this anymore.

    2) Crowdsourcing your logo. This is a way of getting work done by outsourcing it to a crowd of people. The vast array of talent and people online make it easy to find the right people to help with whatever project you have. This method has become a popular way to get a lot of freelance work done, including logo design. Today there are even sites like designcontest.com that aggregate designers in one place and allow you to send your project to all of them at the same time, through a simple user interface.

    3) Free logo design. The web is filled with tools that you can use to design logos, and most are simple editors that allow you to create some basic shapes and add your company name and tagline on top. Some of the most popular include web and logo design companies like Wix, Logo Garden, Flaming Text, Zillion Designs, Tweak and Graphic Springs. While they are often easy to use, even for someone without graphic design experience, these tools limit the kind of logo you can get to a set of pre-determined graphic elements and fonts.

    4) Working with a single designer or design agency. You can always try to hire a single designer or a design agency; however, there are some drawbacks to this option. Design agencies or individual designers are often more expensive and may charge by the hour for the work they do, rather than a flat fee for a single logo design. When you get several different logo options from the same designer or agency, they often have the same theme or feel with only slight variations.

The right choice depends only on you personal preferences and business plans.

If your budget is high, you can take a look on the 99designs on the other hand if your budget is low you can take a look on the Fiverr. Beside these there are so many freelancing market place, where designer is available. Even you can see the Warriors For Hire it is also a good place. I hope you will get as you expect.

There are some logo creators programs, but you may be better to use vector illustration program, draw you designs on paper, scan into program, convert to vector and save main program file, export logo as eps, png, and pdf if able.
