Stilll finding a good email template designer online

i have been fluttering on the web for a couple of day finding a good email template designer that can design a email and can be downloaded as a html file.
I found some services that made me disappointed because they put their credit sign in the end and make my campaign a joke. I want some serious service. Where to find something that is free free.

    Yeah i know a good company that is proving free email marketing service that is alternative to Mailchimp and Aweber. You can create a email template there for free. Whole email will be custom and easy to create.

    From my testing a sub-set of html 3.2 needs to be used with little or no css. Use tables for layout, and font tags. Don't specify a font size for your main content, because it will make it too small in some email clients and be unable to be re-sized on some mobile devices.

    That being said... Yahoo doesn't separate paragraphs -- you can use double BR in place and set a style in your p tag such as (style="margin-bottom: 12px;" )

    h1,h2, h3.... don't show properly in some email clients. Just use p tags,   for indents.

    Some table attributes aren't supported, like table cell background images, etc...

    Only use gif and jpg for images. Some devices and clients don't support .png

    Best to keep the total width of the email 600px or under.

    You're welcome to use a template I created for a client. It was tested on Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook 2003 and 2007, Gmail, Pegasus, Thunderbird, iPhone, iPad and Android smartphone.
