PBN Help needed - Expired Domain Finding service How much you are willing to pay for?

I start building my PBN, and I got a lot of expired domains by self-sourcing. All have PA>30, DA>20, TF & CF>15 - Pagerank = 0 though, as PR has becomes much less important today. All have non-spam & clean backlink profile, no Chinese or Japanese backlinks. Basically, they are GOOD, as I sourced them for my own USE!
As my network is big enough, and I still have expired domain left, I want to sell it. However, I do not know how much I should charge for. I searched around for existing service, and came across domainjawa.com & domainhaul.com - but I think their price is simply too expensive (80$ - 100$+ per domain).
Thus, I want to gather your opinions on the following:
1) How much are you willing to pay for the domain with metrics mentioned above? (Only domain - No hosting will be involved)
2) How long it usually takes you to find a good-metric expired domain YOURSELF?
3) Have you purchase expired domain via this service before? If yes, what's your opinion/review of that?
