ad campaign e-cigarettes

Hey guys,

So i was wondering, does anyone no of any good ad network sites for placing ads for an e-cigarette site?

Since, bing and google does not allow you to place ads for e-cigarettes.

I came across a few but was not to sure if they are legit and any good. Any advice and help would be appreciated thanks again.

    There are quite a few ad networks out there that are not search engine PPC ads.

    One I've used is SiteScout, which sells remnant ads on all sorts of sites for pretty attractive CPC. I'd contact them and see if they allow e-cigs.
